They used an ingenious compact articulating spider lift to get access to trim a large backyard tree that was starting to get too close to the house. We would highly recommend this company to friends and neighbours and we would certainly use them again for any other tree maintenance work.

Had an emergency 72 hour order from the City to remove dangerous tree branches that fell on power lines to the house. I called at least a dozen companies and left voicemails with all of them. They either returned my call too late or not at all. Daryl from Upananoak Tree Care not only answered my call immediately, but also completely understood the urgency of the situation having experience dealing with City inspectors. I sent him pictures of the damage and I had a extremely reasonable quote within hours. They scheduled my appointment for the next morning! A whole team of personnel and vehicles arrived on time and had the work completed withing an hour. They cleaned up all the debris immaculately. In addition, there was follow-up correspondence. I have more work to be done in the near future and will not even consider any other company. Kudos!!
